Jason, a native of Bensenville and a resident of Wood Dale for several years, now calls Elmhurst home. He earned his undergraduate degree in Communications from Elmhurst College.
As a licensed appraiser, Jason has a keen sense of value which he believes is imperative in this business on either side of a transaction. Jason earned his SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute by completing rigorous education requirements (180 classroom hours), submitting extensive specialized appraisal experience and passing 12 comprehensive examinations. All requirements to obtain the SRA designation are significantly above the state and federal requirements. The Appraisal Institutes SRA designation has long been recognized by courts of law, government agencies, financial institutions and investors as marks of excellence in the field of real estate valuation and analysis.
Spanning his 25+ year career, Jason has played a key role in the acquisition and disposition, refinancing and restructuring of over 2 billion dollars worth of real estate.
In addition to striving to accurately value and evaluate properties, his philosophy is to treat all clients as if they were family. His straightforward honesty has won him the respect of many and has resulted in repeat buyers and sellers. Jason has been in real estate for most his career. When away from the office, he enjoys playing on various softball leagues, jogging, and well, discussing real estate, even at home.
An Elmhurst resident for most of her life, Corinne earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Business from Elmhurst College.
Corinne understands that purchasing or selling a home is one of the greatest financial and emotional investments people make. This sensitivity, coupled with a thorough knowledge of the local market, forms the basis of her philosophy for serving her clients.
Prior to her career in real estate, she was a producer/director for various cable companies and a sales director for a Fortune 500 company. She is passionate about service work, thus volunteers at Meals on Wheels and with The Threshold Choir - a group of woman who sing, bedside for hospice patients.
Corinne & Jason work as a team to provide optimum service, offering the flexibility to accommodate their clients' hectic schedules during the process of selling or purchasing a home.
