My father was a Realtor and helped in my decision to become a Realtor. I enjoy helping people find the house they want to own and to sell the house they want to move from. Having raised my children and watching my grandchildren grow up, I feel it is important for people to own their own home/property. So, since becoming licensed, I enjoy the challenges of trying to find buyers the place they feel will be a perfect fit for them. I also enjoy guiding sellers to prepare their house for the selling market - to get the best offer on their house in the shortest period of time. My passion is looking at different home styles and decorating talents. But, the absolute best part is making friends with people while helping them. Friendship that stretches beyond the closing table. Real Estate these days is a very complex process with many aspects that a person who is not up-to-date on the changing laws and requirements of the field of real estate can find themselves in harrowing experiences.
