Since 2005, I've connected hundreds of buyers and sellers throughout Chicagoland. Over the years, I've successfully guided my clients through various real estate markets. The three variables that separate me from other realtors are my experience, production, and market knowledge.
I specialize in residential properties, from condos to estates to multi-unit buildings. Since winning the @properties Rookie of the Year award, I've achieved the exclusive top 1% producing broker club. These achievements are rooted in my ability to accurately communicate market trends and develop strategies to achieve my client's goals.
Over the years, I've developed a team of industry professionals attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, mortgage brokers, moving companies, and general contractors. I understand the value of being a resource. My goal is to make my client's entire real estate experience seamless. No stress. No strain.
I was born and raised in Evanston. I grew up reading the late Mike Royko, catching improv shows at Second City, and rooting for Walter Payton. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I moved to Chicago. Today, my wife Michelle, and our dog, Bruce Lee reside in Fulton Market.
