Ben has been involved in the Real Estate industry in the greater Wichita area for 6 years and counting. Having graduated from Newman University gaining a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis on Management, he delved into real estate investment when he purchased his first home, before he could legally buy beer.
When hes not busy helping his clients, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and working on projects around his farming homestead which now includes chickens and goats as well. Growing up in Wichita and also on a farm in the middle of butler county, his childhood provided a split experience in both rural and urban communities, giving him a wider view on real estate.
His professional experience stems from developing and growing the leasing team to managing over 700 units for a local property management company over the course of 4 years while attending Newman, before branching out to start, grow, and eventually sell his own (still running) property management company in a little over a year before starting McCormick and Partners.
