Kevin Hopkins, Owner / Broker at 395 Reality, brings over three decades of professional business experience and expertise to the table. Kevin obtained his real estate licenses for Kansas and Missouri, in 1984 and in 1988 he started and built one of the countries first Buyer Agencies and was instrumental in helping change the practice of real estate to how we know it today.
Kevin was also one of the nations first full service brokers to offer real estate services with the option of contingent and non-contingent fees.
