Friestad Realty is located in Shreveport Louisiana. We are one of the main REO firms in Northwest Louisiana. Scott served 9 years in the U.S. Air Force prior to landing in Shreveport Louisiana. Scott is the sole owner of Friestad Realty In the past 12 months Friestad Realty has closed 300 Real Estate Transactions. 200 of those transactions were REO sales. Of the 300 closed deals, over 56% were to Owner Occupant buyers. Friestad Realty has a desire to see Owner Occupants buy both bank owned and normal listings as we believe they will help keep neighborhoods well-kept and will help ensure future value. We own and operate two different real estate websites and also a real estate blog to keep buyers and agents aware of all of our REO and bank owned listings. Our broker holds the A-REO and RDCPro designation. We have 5 total agents and two full time assistant, a Field Supervisor and a Repair Coordinator/CKF Coordinator on our team currently. We currently have 5 full time buyers agents showing our listings to Owner Occupants ensuring all calls are leads are answered and our clients are very happy at closing.
