Greetings! Billy Norris , Broker of Select Land and Homes Inc. is an Eastern Shore Native with over 30 years of full time, local real estate sales and management experience. Billy specializes in the listing, sale and management of farm, residential,waterfront, commercial, and lot/land properties in Kent, Queen Anne, and lower Cecil Counties. Billy's success has consistently placed him in the top 5% in sales volume production throughout his extended real estate career. After being influenced by his dad (Bill "Huggy Bear" Norris), also a seasoned real estate broker for many years, Billy earned his broker designation in 2000 as well as his GRI designation.
In addition to serving his real estate customers, Billy also assists estate and farm owners with the management and maintenance of their properties.
