Dawn Mollichella, Buyer Specialist, was born and raised in Delaware County and has been a West Chester resident for 11 years. She has used her knowledge of the Delaware Valley and her passion for her work and her clients to successfully assist buyers in finding their perfect homes.
As the real estate market changes, I believe its crucial to stay active and educated on market trends to help my clients navigate what has been some challenging times in real estate. To that end, Dawn has obtained her Accredited Buyers Representative certification (ABR) and her Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification (SFR). She is 100% committed to her clients and finds true joy in seeing them to the end of their successful transaction and the beginning of the happy next chapter in their new home.
Dawn is dedicated to excellent customer service, and is an experienced negotiator, and it shows in her glowing client testimonials as well as her production. Prior to entering real estate, she was a banquet manager for 15 years. The combination of that experience, and her attention to detail has resulted in success for the dozens of buyer clients she has served.
When shes not serving her clients, Dawn enjoys racing dragsters with her husband, Phil. In addition, she loves to spend time with her three children and grandchildren.
