Deidre is a real estate broker and auctioneer in North Carolina and a real estate agent in Virginia. She is very active in the community where she has served on the Board of Directors of the United Fund of Greater Mount Airy, the Greater Mount Airy Chamber, the American Heart Association, SCS Education Foundation, SCS Athletic Improvement Committee, 508 Foundation, North Carolina CRS Board, National Auctioneers Association Auxiliary President, as well as, the AANC Auxiliary President. She currently serves on the board of Surry Community College Trustees where she served as chair for 3 years. She is past President and two time REALTOR of the Year for the Surry Regional Association of REALTORS and served on the North Carolina Real Estate Education Foundation. Deidre was also the 2012 Citizen of the Year for the Greater Mount Airy Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband Mark are members of Highland Park Baptist Church. Deidre is the great great granddaughter of Eng Bunker - one of the original Siamese Twins so she is the REALTOR WITH CONNECTIONS!
