Sold home in Flower Mound, TX in 2020

Since the first time I met Linda, I knew she was going to help me in everyway she could. She is a kind, warm, thoughtful, caring, Knowledgeable and professional. I feel like I have a new friend in her and I can never be able to pay her for all she has done for me. She made this sell so easy and she worked so hard to get me a fair price on this house. I would recommend this "Angel" to anyone who needs a wonderful Realtor. Thank you so much Linda. I am blessed to have met you and have you as my Realtor and now forever friend. About 6 years ago I wrote a review for CB with respect to Linda Chastain helping me to buy my house. Well, this summer, she helped me sell it. All her advice was spot on. She was great about helping us figure out what updates we would actually need without wasting money, in a seller's market you luckily need to do a lot less than in a buyer's market. She was always quick to answer questions and pass along information she got from other realtors, the buyers' agents etc. She is the best. If I ever buy another place in DFW I absolutely will call her. You should too!

Great lady! I am compelled to let you know what a terrific agent Linda is and what I say here is really not adequate. She went well beyond our expectations, was always there when we needed her and understood our concerns, the ultimate professional and just a great person to work with! When I was looking to buy a house, I had several recommendations of realtors but ended up using a program that USAA offers to select one. They sent me to Linda Chastain at Coldwell Banker in Flower Mound. Linda is terrific! She worked with me, patiently, for weeks as I sought to find a home that would meet all of mine and my honeys finicky requirements... big kitchen, big & private yard, good schools, a good sized room for my home office, etc. We travelled all over the metroplex looking. The only house I had ever bought before was from a builder, which is a very different situation than buying from a previous owner. The process is nervewracking but Linda streamlined everything and made it easier.

One of the things that impressed me about her is that she pointed out issues she saw in the various houses and did not in any way try to steer me to more expensive places. I knew she wanted me to be happy with what I bought and I didn't feel rushed at all.

I hope never to move again, I love my new house so much, but if I have to move again I will definitely use her services.

I can't speak for the rest of the agency, but Linda is first rate.

Linda may appear calm and easy going, but she knows her stuff and she is on top of things !
She has made the most dreadful experience of listing, selling, paperwork (the entire process) super easy. We can honestly say, it was a very enjoyable experience.
Her simple to the point approach/strategy was what we loved the most.
If we had more houses to sell, she would definitely be our agent for sure ! We already told our friends !
