I want to take a moment and introduce myself! Im a top local realtor. I love my job, and I love helping my clients reach their real estate goals and to provide them top-notch service!

I hold a Masters in Business Administration and multiple real estate designations that only 5% of realtors hold. I have more than 25 years of research and strategic marketing and sales experience. As the president of Market Insights, I was retained by many businesses and private investors to provide research and strategic guidance to develop sales messaging and marketing strategy, and to assess the market viability and profitability of potential investments.

I provide to each individual buying or selling property, the same level of expertise and advocacy that independent investors rely on for their most important decisions.

Buyers buy with their eyes, and I take pride in helping my clients prepare their home! Most importantly, I help my clients navigate through multiple offers and complex negotiations. This includes vetting buyers and making sure they have the ability to perform per the contract. In a sellers market, buyers are often writing more than one offer at a time and are including terms that they cant fulfill. I also expertly negotiate terms to help you (appraisal guarantees, 60-day lease backs, making the sell contingent upon you finding a new residence, and so forth).

For buyers, I use my expertise to guide you through each step, to help you know the good and the bad aspects of each property, to have the proper information to make decisions confidently, and when you find the home you love, to write a winning offer! Im your advocate and am always loyal to you.
