Amanda Howell began purchasing real estate properties in 2014. Her passion for design, remodeling, and construction started when she was a child while visiting construction projects her father, a drywall contractor worked on. He worked on a variety of projects from unique mid-century homes to multi-million-dollar homes with personal design elements. Amanda enjoyed seeing the project throughout the stages into the transformation from bare property to finished structure.
This has inspired her to venture into real estate. Her knowledge of the steps from building site preparation to exterior finishes will give the buyer information that they can use to purchase the perfect property for their personal or business needs. Having experience as a buyer, seller, and investor provides quality expertise for her clients. She continues to educate herself in real estate, construction, and design. Amanda is educated in business entrepreneurship and sociology. She has prior work experience in education, finance, marketing, mental health, and criminal justice systems. She was raised in a rural community on a small ranch. Amanda has a passion for travel worldwide.
