Team Josef has served the St. Louis Metropolitan areaSince 1995, Karen Josef began her Real Estate Career in 1993 in St. Louis County selling new home construction. While her husband, Rob completed Chiropractic College. Her quest for learning all aspects of Real Estate took her to a career with AT & T completing site acquisition of land to complete the cellular phone system that we all rely upon so heavily today. In 1995, Karen was licensed as a Real Estate Broker and opened Josef Realty Service while completing projects for different cellular companies from Missouri to Louisiana. In 1998, after acquisition pathways were complete, Karen began training to become a Real Estate Appraiser and was licensed as a State Certified appraiser in 1999. Karen continued the sales phase of her career handling up to 9 agents at one time along with a staff of appraisers at Josef Realty.In 1999, Rob Josef began to slide into the world of Real Estate and leave the world of Chiropractic on the side. Lucky friends and family still enjoy top notch adjustments when needed. Starting with appraising and running our team of appraisers, Rob also became licensed as a Real Estate agent in 2004. Rob & Karen Josef merged Josef Realty with Keller Williams Southwest in 2007 for all brokerage activity and have never looked back. We immediately added transaction coordinators along with marketing specialists to assist with professional design and handling of all of our client needs. Our family of four lives in Chesterfield, Mo and we are active board members on our neighborhood pool board, Ronald McDonald House and advocates for the Patrick Henry Downtown Academy. Our KW office is proud to be ranked in the top 20 selling offices in all of the St. Louis Metro area within our local board of REALTORS statistics. Rob and Karen are also both active members of the ALC (Agent Leadership Committee) within our Sunset Hills Keller Williams office.
