Born and raised in Jensen Beach and I love where I live!
Growing up I attended all Martin County Schools and went on to receive a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing at the University of North Florida. After graduation I returned home and obtained my Real Estate license in 2009.
I immediately began learning the Real Estate industry with my father, Giancarlo Maiucci, who has been a Realtor in Martin County for over 35 years. My father specialized in listing bank owned/foreclosed Homes starting in the early 90's. Working together with my father gave me a tremendous amount of experience in my first few years. I was involved in over 300 home sales by 2014! During this time, I gained a tremendous amount of Knowledge and Experience.
I enjoy working with Buyers and Sellers of all types and know my areas very well, since I grew up here in Martin County.
Customer service and ethics are very important to me. I focus on creating a continuing relationship with all my clients. Repeat customers and referrals from past clients mean everything to to me.
When I am not assisting Buyers and Sellers I enjoy Boating, Traveling, Live Music, trying new Restaurants, and attending local Community Events.
