Born and raised in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, Monika came to the United States in 2005 after working on her Bachelor's Program in Art & Graphic Design. Monika managed her parents' souvenir/antique store in the oldest mall in Sofia, Bulgaria. Interacting with prime ministers & diplomats became a way of life for Monika. She even helped select gifts for the president. This may have been where her communication and sales skills took a fast forward for travel, adventure and dreams of visiting another country. Her transition from Bulgaria to the United States was not an easy journey; however her spirit prevailed whatever route she took. Monika made several stops along the way before arriving in South Florida while learning to read and write English. She is now fluent in the English language and has conquered any fears she may have had.
Obtaining her real estate license in 2009 Monika has since excelled in her profession and is a mentor and volunteer in the community. Monika is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors Monika is a graduate of the Leadership Academy at the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Association of Realtors where she served an integral part of the synergy within the class. In 2013, she was serving as a Chair of the Young Professional Network Committee for her local Association of Realtors and a Co-Chair the following year.
Monika specializes at working with home sellers, first-time home-buyers, investors and people looking to relocate in the area. She has been a part of more than 300+ transactions and counting. Monika knows every aspect of Real Estate. She is highly motivated and detail oriented and always goes the extra step to achieve the best results for her clients. Her knowledge of the process, her understanding of the circumstances for her clients gives her the leading edge in getting the job done.
