Todd Guttery has lived in Fort Myers for most of his life. He attended college in North Carolina where he played collegiate basketball. After graduating, Todd returned to the area he loves the most and calls home, Fort Myers. Todd landed a job with a pharmaceutical company and spent nearly 12 years in that industry. "I feel like it was a really good 12 years" Todd explains. "I learned so much during that time". Todd was also able to obtain his MBA during those years through an executive program that allowed him to continue to work at the same time. "I was so proud of that accomplishment because it was such a crazy time for us. My wife was pregnant with our second child and I was working full time and attending classes at night to obtain my MBA. We also had a major home renovation/addition going on at the same time." After 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Todd obtained his real estate license and has never looked back. "I absolutely love it! Every day is different and every situation is unique." Now with nearly 15 years in the real estate business Todd has started Caloosa Realty Group. "I feel so fortunate to be able to wake up each day and do what I love, helping other people with their real estate needs. His passion is truly helping others succeed. "Our goal is to help homeowners navigate through the many stages of selling or buying a home and make the process as smooth as possible. So many times turbulence occurs during the transaction but we pride ourselves in being able to provide our clients as smooth a ride as possible and bring them in for a nice landing" Todd enjoys spending time with his family while taking time off from real estate. Todd and is wife Angela have three children that keep them both very busy with their sports and activities. Todd also enjoys being on the water fishing with his kids and playing golf.
