Dale (DJ) was Born and raised in Estell Manor, NJ. He attended St. Augustine Prep, and has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Stockton College.

Since graduating, he became a licensed Realtor working part time with his Grandmother Amelia (Millie) Messina while he worked full time for NJM Insurance Group. During his insurance career, he worked his way up from Property Damage claims representative to Senior Bodily Injury Adjuster obtaining his Associates in Claims.

DJ has been a member of the Dorothy Volunteer Fire Department since 2004, and has worked his way up to the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America Troop 99.

Outside of work, DJ Spends as much time as he can with his family and friends, and enjoys Boating, Camping, and his Hobby Farm.

DJs favorite part of the Real Estate business has been the ability to personally work with his family and friends, while creating many new friendships along the way.

Now working Full Time with Collini, DJ is here to continue Millies 40+ year legacy with his Commitment to Customer Service, and an adaptable team-oriented mindset.
