Hans was born in Taiwan, educated in the East Coast, and has lived in the Bay Area over 20 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor, he worked as a Financial Analyst and International Tour Guide. Outside of working with clients, Hans has strong ties with church and outdoor-activity communities. He was drawn to the bay area, as with many people, because of the Mediterranean weather and the multitude of the activities. He enjoys playing guitar, photography, backpacking, surfing, snowboarding, and hanging out with his two daughters (Sydney 13/Audrey 9).
