Sherrie has been a licensed Realtor/Broker for over 22 years. She is a North Carolina native, born in Lee County and raised in Wake County. She and her husband and three children have lived in the Triangle area all their life. Sherrie uses her first-hand knowledge of the region to help her clients find the best location for their new home. Sherrie began her career as a Superintendent for a local building contractor and proceeded to earn her General Contracting license in 1997. This unique four year experience in the construction market prepared Sherrie to know what it is her clients want when it comes to buying and selling a home.
