Zena Adell has more than 15 years experience in the real estate industry. Formerly, Adell worked as a paralegal and manager of the Melvyn R. Burrow Law Firm in Atlanta. She specialized in commercial real estate closings, residential closing transactions and consumer bankruptcy. She earned her BA in Communications from Mercer University and her Paralegal Certification from Emorys Paralegal Program.
Zena gained her real estate license and joined Better Homes and Gardens Metro Brokers in 2012. In her first full year as a real estate agent, she became an expert in corporate and military relocation and gained several unique Cartus designations including that of a Certified Cartus Network Affinity Specialist (CNAS). She believes in going the extra mile to meet the needs of her home buying and selling community along with Serving the Public with Integrity and Honor. Keeping that singular focus, Zena managed to earn the Real Estates Top Producer distinction for 2014.
Zenas desire to give back was inspired by the loss of family and friends. In this spirit, the Real Pink campaign was created. As a result, Realtor Adell demonstrates her commitment by donating a portion of her earned commission to the Susan G. Komen Greater Atlanta (Komen) when clients buy or sell a home with her. In this way, a two-fold opportunity is created to join in with Komens global movement in the advancement of breast cancer research, education, screening, and energizing science to find cures.
