I was raised in Statesville, NC and received my B.A., Economics from Davidson College. I lived and worked in the financial and investment world in uptown Charlotte for 25 years with First Union Capital Management, Bank of America Capital Management and First Citizens Capital Management, working in the area of the Global Investment Performance Standards(TM) or "GIPS". I am very familiar with the greater Lake Norman region from northern Iredell County to southern Mecklenburg County and my present home is in Huntersville. Having bought and sold many properties over the years, I understand the stress that can be involved in the process.
