My name is Loreen Banks Kendricks, and I am the Broker Owner of Jewel Realty, in Toledo, Ohio. I am proud to be the first African American female Broker -Owner in Northwest Ohio in 38 years. I moved to Toledo 8 years ago after the death husband, from Detroit MI, with my two children for a fresh start in a new location. I never imaged I would fall in love with the City of Toledo and the surrounding areas in Northwest Ohio, this is now home for us, from ice skating at the round, and all the metro parks, the free concerts in the summer at Pro Medica Parkway, and watching the Mud Hens-- I am now a dedicated baseball fan. I love the fact that you can find something for everyone somewhere of all ages and activity levels and lets not talk about food, Toledo has the best hot dogs, burgers, pizza, and ice cream in my opinion. The Beauty of Northwest Ohio is the affordability of homes here, and that is why Toledo has been named the best place to invest and retire in 2024.
