I made the decision to become a real estate agent after buying my first home with my wife. With so many factors to take into consideration, the process almost felt overwhelming. In addition, our experience with the first few real estate agents we met with was less than optimal (delayed communication, wishy-washy answers, and overall lacking a feeling of trust). Eventually, we found a wonderful agent that was highly-informed and very fast in responding to questions. Most importantly, she never broke her word to us. Her diligence and high level of integrity gave us a sense of confidence and truly helped us in navigating this major life decision. It was at that point that I realized how a sincere and dedicated real estate agent could really bring value to people's lives. I obtained my Illinois real estate license shortly thereafter and began my journey of helping others to navigate this complex process of buying or selling their home.
