My name is Mallory Kuivila and I am a licensed REALTOR and part of The Kaim Team, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty.
I was raised in Mentor, Ohio, and attended Mentor High School, as most of my family has since 1948. After high school, I went to the University of Toledo to pursue a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration and a minor in general business. After graduation I moved back to Northeast Ohio to start my career.
When I was little, I would often join my Grandma Alice (Kuivila) on trips to the real estate office (Fay Launders Realty), and always admired grandmas home office which had papers on real estate property listings, an assortment of letter openers, and notecards from clients and customers alike. Grandma Alice knew what it was like to work at home, before remote work was a thing! My grandma seemed to know everyone and a little bit about them - I aspire to get to know you, your family, and your friends. Be no stranger. In my personal time, I enjoy Lake Erie, the metroparks with my two purebred golden retrievers, or out on a roadtrip riding motorcycles with my fiancsoon to be husband!
