All throughout my life I have worked in different facets of customer service, fueled by my desire to help people. At an early age of 20 I created and became owner of a successful residential housekeeping service (where I employed 5 people). After ten years of success in my business I decided to bring my customer service skills to an area where I could make a memorable difference in peoples lives, by assisting them with their real estate needs. To accomplish these goals in 1999 I became a Licensed Realtor Sales Associate. In 2004 I obtained my Realtor Broker Associate License in the state of Florida. I moved to Mississippi and acquired my Real Estate license on 2022 for the state of Mississippi. In my real estate career, I have worked in foreclosure sales, completing extensive research on those type of properties to ensure properties meet the investors needs; I attended Court House proceedings on behalf of the investors and helped with the acquisition of properties and helped managed the repairs and marketing the acquired properties for resale. I have also worked as a Realtor for a real estate office that specialized in corporate relocation, later on I worked for a builder of custom homes where I guided buyers in locating and selecting an appropriate vacant lot for their new home construction. I have also worked as a leasing consultant being the primary point of contact with prospective residents and I was in charge of resident relations. I am ethical, positive, enthusiastic and friendly. I devote my whole heart for each client and my ultimate goal is to make a difference in peoples lives. I am passionate in helping others achieve their dream of home ownership.
