Hello, my name is Matt Bates. I would like to take a minute to tell you a little bit about myself and the amazing place that I live. I first got into real estate in 1999, when I moved to Virginia and started with a property management company. I quickly obtained my real estate license and enjoyed selling vacation homes. I lived in Colorado and explored the Rocky Mountains. Then I found my way back to the East Coast and the amazing Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Now, I am married with three children. I could not be happier with my choice to raise my family in Hawley. I enjoy activities including smoking meat, outdoor sports with the kids, hiking with the dogs, boating, and motorcycle riding.
