Steve is a distinguished real estate professional with more than 16 years of real estate experience. He is also the listing specialist, owner and team lead for Vantage Realty Professionals, a cutting-edge real estate group in Charlotte, North Carolina. In his role, Steve oversees a growing team of agents and staff, establishing the vision for Vantage Realty Professionals and taking the lead in client relations, development, and overall operations. Steves former position as an inside sales representative for a building supply distributor gave him years of experience in providing residential and commercial clients value-added solutions and superior customer service. Steves talent for developing strong relationships combined with his desire to be a part of a business that helps people achieve their goals, was a natural fit for the real estate field. Steve has consistently been a top-producing real estate agent since joining eXp Realty.

He holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Appalachian State Universitys Walker College of Business.
When he is not assisting buyers and sellers and growing his team, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter Anna, playing soccer, boating on Lake Norman, hiking Crowders Mountain, and going to the park with the familys dog Honey. Steve is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), President of the Charlotte Dove Club, and actively involved in the Myers Park Presbyterian Church.
