I love selling real estate! I was trained to be a teacher and enjoyed the years I was, but felt very limited by it. I then built homes, sold insurance, ran a large multifarious company and then found my real love of helping people with their real estate needs. After several years of practice and re-educating myself, I began my teaching career again, only this time teaching real estate while I ran my own real estate company and also listed and sold homes. I taught the Graduate Realtor Institute for ten years and taught the first Mandatory Continuing Education course in Texas. I am still a certified instructor for the Texas Real Estate Commission and teach regularly, but mostly I spend my time with buyers and sellers of residential real estate. I have taken many advanced courses in real estate, but none better than the Certified Residential Specialists courses. They have helped me become a very successful REALTOR and I use that knowledge daily to better serve my clientele.

It has been a blessing to help so many people and I strive to improve each day. I learn more with each transaction and try to put it to use on my next transaction. Also, as I coach my agents I learn from their experiences as well. Even though I know there is little perfect in life, I try to improve with each client so that the transition is one that is smooth and successful. The more I know, the closer I can get to meeting that goal.
