My name is Briana Simmons and I am a licensed REALTOR and a part of The Kaim Team, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty. I am also a Closing Assistant for The Kaim Team and I am responsible for the many details involved in the closing process once there is an accepted offer on your home.
I pride myself on being well organized, committed and patient. I am always lending a helping hand to all my fellow real estate agents on The Kaim Team, especially with the closing coordinators on closing transactions. I began my career as the Marketing Assistant for The Michael Kaim Team and have learned and enjoyed all the ins and outs of marketing in real estate. I am very excited to help both sellers and buyers with all their real estate needs and I am looking forward to building relationships and supporting my clients.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, I worked in the service industry for 3 years as a Patient Service Representative at the Cleveland Clinic. Interacting with patients has allowed me to provide trusting and exceptional customer service support to everyone I speak with.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends and family, and music!
