Originally from Pontiac, Mi. and married my high school sweetheart, Debbie, in 1974.
We moved to the Roscommon area in 1975 and operated a gas station/convenience store known as Tom's I-75 at exit 244.
In 1978 I obtained my real estate license. In 1981 I became an Associate Broker and bought the company I was licensed with. I operated both businesses and raised 3 children through the ensuing years.
I sold both companies in 2000 and opened a new start up business in 2001. This business sold manufactured and modular homes. To do this I became a licensed builder and a general contractor. I operated this business till 2005. During this time I built over 40 homes.
I then became a district manager for 6 manufactured home communities in both North and South Dakota.
I am now back to my first love, that of helping buyers and sellers in the real estate market.
