Joshua joined the Ayre/Rhinehart team after 12 years of management in the hospitality industry. He knows the importance of customer service, and what it takes to meet your needs. He is a member of the Midland Board or Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Joshua developed his strong leadership skills and attention to details while studying management at Central Michigan University.
Joshua is a native of Saginaw, Michigan and has lived in the tri-city area nearly his whole life. He now calls Midland home, where he lives with his wife Kristy. Together they enjoy activities like skiing, golfing, and playing music. He is an active member in the community. He has served two terms as treasurer of a Masonic Lodge. He volunteers with the CHIPS Child Identification Program, Special Olympics, and Relay for Life.
