While at University, I managed apartments on campus . Upon graduation, I went to work in the commercial real estate industry through development, leasing and facility management..That launched a 25 year career with the largest publicly traded commerical, high-rise business in the world. We were unique, as we owned and managed all our assets..When the company was sold to a shopping center company,. senior staff was retained to divest the high-rise portfolio. Despite my package of vested pension, I was.far too young to stop working. I decided to transfer my commercial business skills into residential real estate sales.
I have had such an exciting and diverse life...much of it due to my lifetime success in the real property industry and by surrounding myself by positive, optomistic people. I'm a homeowner, rental property owner and have many interests and hobbies that fill my off time. It's the best "second half" a person could dream of.
