Sanjeev Lad has been in the real estate industry since 2005. His educational background encompasses an undergraduate BBA degree in Finance with a Minor in Accounting. He extended his comprehension in real estate by obtaining a Master of Science in Real Estate degree in 2008. His experience in the industry began with Washington Mutual as a Mortgage Loan Officer overseeing the production across six retail branch locations. During the economic downturn in residential real estate in 2008, Sanjeev decided to expand on his skill set and joined Marcus & Millichap as a commercial real estate investment agent specializing in Hotel assets. He spent close to two years with the National Hospitality Group and closed over $12 Million in volume during his time with Marcus & Millichap and presented over $60 Million of inventory to the Texas market. In the Fall of 2009, Sanjeev was recruited by a former Lending Manager to J.P. Morgan, which he spent several months in the retail sector prior to joining the Private Bank as a Lending Analyst in Houston. During his two year tenure with the Private Bank, Sanjeev was involved in over 500 transactions which equated to over half a billion in closed volume.
