A native of the Northern Mississippi area, I earned my degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Management before entering the management field. During this time, I worked as a part-time realtor, but eventually followed my passion for real estate and turned it into a full-time position.
I obtained my real estate license in 2010 and have been involved in a diverse array of areas in the market, from helping first-time homebuyers, to relocating corporate companies, to overseeing investment opportunities. One of my favorite aspects of the job is refurbishing homes, and I have so far renovated five homes over the course of my career.
I am married to Dorothy Gates, who is also a realtor at J. Morris Realty, and we have one son named Arlee. We currently reside in the West Union area.
