John Ague has lived and raised a family in Lincoln County for more than 32 years. He has been a Montana real estate consultant and a hometown Realtor since 1993. His insights into the Lincoln County real estate market are a product of his many years living and working in the area. In years past John has been Vice President and President of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors. In 1995 John received his Associates Degree in Business and became an Associate Broker for Irene Loveless Realty in Libby Montana. In 1999 John was awarded the professional designation G R I as well as becoming a Cerified Residential Specialist.

Dejon Raines was raised in Libby Montana. In 2005 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science from Montana Tech of the University of Montana Dejon chose to join her father John Ague in pursuing a career in real estate. Thus the A-Team was formed. Dejon has since become an Associate Broker and previously served as the past Vice President of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors. She has been active in the community in many ways including current member of the local David Thompson Search & Rescue. Dejon is the organizer of Le Tour de Koocanusa 82 mile bicycle tour fund raiser for search & rescue. She is a current board member of the Community Health Center and has past served on the Libby City Counsel. She is the creator of the Libby promotional site called Explore Libby Montana. Growing up in Montana has allowed Dejon to pursue many of her hobbies. By being an avid mountain biker skier and photo enthusiast Dejon has an extensive knowledge of the surrounding backcountry.
