Ediths interest in real estate began at a very early age. Born on the Outer Banks, a graduate of Manteo High School and the College of the Albemarle, she is the daughter of a contractor and spent much of her childhood visiting construction sites and reviewing blue prints. Having completed construction on her own home a few years ago, Edith has first-hand knowledge of Outer Banks construction and the various elements that go into building in our unique area. Edith holds sales and brokers licenses and has a true passion for real estate. In addition to a thorough knowledge of real estate and construction, Edith has an extensive understanding of the local economy, job market, and school system. Edith possesses a unique understanding of the Outer Banks, and brings to the table a degree of local sales acumen and familiarity with the area found in few agents.
