Leontine was born and raised in England and came to the United States in 1992 with her husband John, a Marine who had served tours on Marine Security Guard in London, England; Belgrade, Yugoslavia, and Kingston, Jamaica. They set up their first home in Havelock, but like all military families they moved constantly over the years before finally coming back to MCAS Cherry Point in September, 2001. By then, their family had grown to include, Jessica, Alexander and Thomas. Having previously worked for a large bank in England as a Manager, Leontine had the financial background that would come to serve her well in her career in Real Estate. Eager to return to work for a new challenge, Leontine began her education to become a Real Estate Agent first as a Salesperson and subsequently by continuing her Real Estate Education to become a licensed Broker. Leontine truly enjoys meeting and working with people from all walks of life. It is forming a relationship with her clients which she believes helps her better assist them. Whether working with a first time home buyer or an experienced buyer or seller, she always works to ensure client satisfaction and to ensure that each person's buying or selling experience is a truly personal one. Leontine always gives her clients someone they can rely on 100%. Leontine was awarded the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award in 2004, 2005, 2008, 2009 & 2015 and received the International Presidents Circle Award in 2006, 2010, 2012, 2013 & 2014. While continuing to serve her clients, Leontine also continued her Real Estate education and in January 2007 was awarded the prestigious designation Graduate of the Realtors Institute followed in February 2007 by completion of the Certified Residential Specialist designation which is held by less than 5% of agents nationwide. To ensure she always gives her buyer clients the best service she can, Leontine went on to complete her Accredited Buyer Representative designation and her Military Market Specialist designation.
