I have spent my entire adult life listening to people about what they want, and then doing everything possible to make sure those wants are satisfied. I started as a customer liaison for a restaurant re-manufacturing facility that has become the largest business of its kind in the country.
After a decade I relocated to Connecticut and spent 14 years working for a beverage distributor. My communication with my customers and ability to listen and empathize with their concerns led to a consistently satisfied customer. It became common for customers to call management and ask for my services if I was relocated from their territory. This is a practice that had never been done before nor since my departure.
In the last two years of my time in Connecticut my wife and I purchased a distressed snack food distribution company. By immersing myself in the territory and adjusting product placement, cross promoting and implementing creative marketing techniques I was able to turn a 67% profit in that investment in a 20 month time frame. While being happy and successful in everything I had done to that point there was still a void. Up to that point everything I had accomplished, were opportunities that happened to come to me but were not my calling.
When my family and I made the leap to the beach I knew it was time to do what I had always wanted to do. Help people, not businesses get what they really want, happiness. Helping businesses get what they want has always been my strength. Design, architecture and remodeling was always a passion of mine. Now real estate gives me the opportunity to find people a home and a lifestyle that makes their heart full when they cross that threshold every night. It's more important to me that you are happy with, and trust me AFTER the closing as well as before.
