Military Veteran with a diverse background in Construction took a leap of faith in himself to start something new and fresh from scratch. Earlier in 2022, a mentor, Linda Rike, gave me an idea, then a gentle nudge into the world of Real Estate, and a promise to help me help others in the ENC/Crystal Coast area find homes and sell homes. This new adventure has turned into a wonderful career move to better myself.
How I help my clients:
1 - I enjoy helping out a variety of people either sell the home for the best price possible. Or searching with clients for a home that suits their needs.
2- A skill that I have took from my Construction knowledge is deep diving in research mode. I research on behalf my clients to ensure their selling power or buying power is the best for them and their goals.
3 - When my buyers need to understand the lending process, I am able to explain the process in ways that make sense. The process can be daunting for first-time buyers, however I try my best to ease their fears or worries.
4 - Take full advantage of the vast network from my Construction experience to assist client who are more interested in the piece of land; not the building on that land. I can put my clients in contact with local tradespeople who can take a dream and turn it into a reality!
5- Be available... sometimes the best ability is availability. When I work with a client, I understand the importance of communication. But the power of being available helps them more than anything else.
