Lisa Cernuto leads the Mooresville Realty Team as the Broker-in-Charge. Recognized throughout the Lake Norman area as an outstanding Broker/Realtor known for her stellar customer service, 24/7 availability, strong negotiation skills, and personal client touches, Lisa is leveraging these skills to focus on the continual training, education, and mentorship of her diverse brokers.
Lisa has built a strong client base of repeat and referral customers over the past 18 years. Among Lisas valued clients include some of the Lake Norman areas most productive and influential developers, investors and builders.
As an established resident of the Lake Norman community for almost 30 years, I have seen our area change and grow. I especially love assisting people who are relocating to the Charlotte/Lake Norman region to feel right at home!
Mooresville Realty is a boutique agency, with a culture centered on customer service, professionalism, and an above average representation. Lisa takes pride in raising the standards of business compared to your typical real estate firm. A constant learner, Lisa is always looking for ways to improve her real estate capabilities to best serve her clients and team; she also is very excited to have just received her South Carolina Real Estate Broker License.
Besides working hard to grow her business and be a constant advocate for her brokers, Lisa loves to give back to the Lake Norman community. She sits on the Board and volunteers at the Mooresville Soup Kitchen and is a Board Member for the Mooresville South Iredell Chamber of Commerce, as well as serving on the Strategic Planning Committee for Southlake Christian Academy.
In her free time, Lisa and her husband Jeff enjoy traveling with their family, biking, and skiing.
