After nearly 12 years serving customers and clients in the restaurant and food-service related businesses, Jon went to work selling new homes on-site for a local Charlotte area builder in 2001. In 2003, Jon began his partnership with Allen Tate Realtors. And in 2020, Jon started his own real estate firm, Beckett Avenue Realty. He has enjoyed focusing on the satisfaction of both buyers and sellers alike. Utilizing a "folksy" approach along with an effective professionalism and infectious enthusiasm Jon receives high marks in client satisfaction and has delivered positive results for his clients. He has achieved consistent production over the past 20 years in the top 15 percent of Charlotte are brokers. To date, he has helped Piedmont area home sellers and buyers close over 100 million dollars of residential and commercial Real Estate and has participated in over 600 successful transactions. Although his focus tends to be on the Concord/Cabarrus County area, Jon has a broad range of area knowledge and has assisted in the sale of homes and land from Gastonia to Greensboro and from Mooresville to Monroe. Jon became an approved NC real estate teacher/instructor in 2016 and earned the Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) designation in 2020.
