Valerie understands that buying or selling a home is a very emotional time. She is a strong communicator and an excellent listener who understands the many challenges you face; whether you are buying, selling or in the Military she is aware of the special needs of relocating a household. Her personal life experiences gained from numerous relocations while in the US Army give her insight in helping you find a home immediately.
Valerie is very active and involved in her church as well as the surrounding communities. Her real estate education includes completion of Real Estate School in 2003 followed shortly by accreditation as a Certified Buyer's Representative (CBR) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). In 2005-2006, she became a Top Producer within Keller Williams Realty in Nashua, NH and went on to teach The Millionaire Real Estate Investor course by Gary Keller. Valerie recently received her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation which gives her a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by mature adults as they transition into a home that is better able to meet their life needs.
