In the early mornings, you will likely find me in the pool with the Asheville Masters Swim Team. I have made many friends through the local homeschool community and Toastmasters International. Currently, I and the Board Chair for for the Council on Aging in Henderson County. I am an active volunteer with TRIAD Hendersonville which is a group focused on educating the senior population on how to avoid frauds and scams.
Happily married for over 25 years, my husband and I have two adult daughters and a rescue dog. Our family has been enjoying life in Hendersonville since 2004. I hold a B.A. in Education from the University of Florida. After teaching several years in the public school system, I taught my own children at home through their high school graduation.
