Being born and raised in the historic city of New Bern, North Carolina has provided me with an innate appreciation for Small Town, USA. I also spent my teen years in Rowan County, where I graduated high school. Then, as a proud ECU Pirate, I received my bachelor's in psychology and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance. It was there that I met my wife, Melissa. Upon graduation, I found myself in Jacksonville, Florida where I worked for SunTrust as a Financial Services Representative. This is where my passion for helping people reach their goals and follow their budgets commenced. It led me to teaching math at a private Christian school for four years, later promoted to Facilities Director for six years. I eventually felt the call to return to North Carolina. The Charlotte area is where I finally entered real estate, with a focus on property management. The desire to be close to family and friends again brought me to Lincoln County, where my wife was born and raised. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife and son. Through nearly two decades of marriage, we were eventually blessed with our rainbow baby, Nathan. Our lives have only brightened with his presence, and we love that Lincolnton, NC is the wholesome place where we may raise him instilled with traditional values.
