I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty right here in Mooresville. I have been in real estate for about 6 years, and I can honestly say it is a perfect career for me. I began my career in real estate at a small firm that was not part of a larger company, and while there are some benefits to that, I found that it was mostly a disadvantage. While our office is large,we are really like a family, which allows us to be each others back-ups and support; we are part of Keller Williams International. Keller Williams is the 2nd largest real estate company in the U.S. Keller Williams International prides itself on training Realtors to have the highest level of competence and professional excellence. That pride and concentration on being the best is displayed in our local office as well. Our office sells more real estate in the Mooresville area than any other real estate firm. We are a strong competitor in this area and we have become that way because our agents are caring and our clients love us!

As a Realtor, it is my job to be an advocate for my clients. I work with a lot of first time home buyers, and very few of them have any idea about the process of buying a home. It is my passion to educate buyers and sellers in the process. I have spent countless hours creating, organizing, and updating systems in order to better help my clients. Over the years I have found running theme among my clients, there are usually three areas of the most concern... I call these the Terrific Three.

Each situation is different, and should be handled accordingly. To me, each client is a person, not a listing or a number... that is why relationship is so important. Marketing is pretty self explanatory, and every listing needs an extraordinary marketing plan. You will be excited about mine. And finally, service, this is where a good agent is separated from an average one. Many homes sit on the market for longer than anticipated, I would like to guarantee that yours won't, but there are no guarantees. I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart, Matt, for 12 years. We have two children, Brady who is 6 and Abbie who is 4. My husband has been in the building industry for close to twenty years, yes he really did start when he was an early teenager! So between us we have a lot of knowledge of the real estate/ building industry. We are involved with our local church and civic organizations. Our son is involved in soccer, t-ball,football, and basketball and we thoroughly enjoy watching those little ones play sports! In our spare time, which there isn't much of, we also enjoy camping, visiting our friends in Wilmington, and spending time with our wonderful family.

We both were born and raised in Iredell County, and attended the local public schools. I am very familiar with this area because of living here our entire lives. I love this area, and think that there is no better place to live. This is such a great central location, we are never more than a couple hours away from the mountains, the beach, great shopping, amusement parks, several great lakes, and so much more. The history is rich in this area, and the historic downtown is just beautiful! We are just enough city to be convenient, but enough country to be relaxed what a perfect combination!
