I am a local Carolina girl who grew up in the Myrtle Beach area and currently have a residence in Holden Beach, NC which affords me knowledge and experience in both SC and NC markets.
After a career in education and workforce development, in 2012, I began a second career in real estate with a focus on the coastal areas of North and South Carolina. Prior to real estate, my most recent position was Director of the Regional Center for Economic, Community and Professional Development at the University of NC at Pembroke. I have a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management, is a Realtor licensed in both North and South Carolina, and have completed the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Resort Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations as well as Strategic Pricing Specialist and Certified Property Expert (CPE). I am also a Cartus Network Affinity Specialist.
