Montclair, NJ, April 20, 2017 - Lily Chu-Constable, REALTOR, RE/MAX Village Square, has joined The Expert Network, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Ms. Chu-Constable has been chosen as a Distinguished Real Estate Professional based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognition, and accomplishments achieved throughout her career.
Ms. Chu-Constable outshines others in her field due to her numerous awards and recognitions, outstanding customer service, and career longevity. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Performance & Music, with a minor in Fine Arts from Brooklyn College before making the transition to real estate. Her enduring success in real estate was born of her innate marketing talents and background in fine arts. Before she began her career, she developed an eye for design and presentation while studying music and performance at Brooklyn College. After graduating, Lily sought a career path that could support her creative passions. Ms. Chu-Constable has been included in the New Jersey Circle of Excellence each year since 2004 by the New Jersey Association of Realtors and New Jersey Monthly Magazine has recognized her as a FIVE STAR Real Estate Professional Agent since 2011 through 2018. With 18 years dedicated to real estate, Ms. Chu-Constable brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and, in particular, to her area of expertise, the residential real estate market of Northern New Jersey. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in real estate, Ms. Chu-Constable said:
"I needed a career that was practical, but I also wanted the opportunity to express my creativity. In real estate, I am able to apply my creative instincts to the staging process of home buying and selling. And I do have a very good eye for renovation: for when we should knock down this or change that. My clients love my workit makes their homes more beautiful and much more marketable. I do staging for my clients and this process really helps my listings sell."
Lily started her real estate career in early 2003 and has since steadily built up her reputation as a dependable, dedicated professional willing to go the extra mile to make sure that her clients are completely satisfied. Though she is based in Montclair, Lily commonly travels extensively throughout northern New Jersey to meet clients and list properties.
