Ive been a Ruidoso resident since 2000 when my wife and I started our New Mexican journey in the hospitality industry, purchasing, renovating and operating a lodging establishment for several years. As wed done several house flips in the Midwest, in 2002, I secured my real estate license and never looked back. Currently, I'm Designated Broker and Owner of TRU South Estate managing a great team of Associate Brokers. I'm also an individual developer / investor with commercial and residential properties in our community.
I focus my own client work on residential sales as well as commercial property including meaningful valuation & analysis, business and building joint sales, lease purchase options and unique Ruidoso Midtown properties.
