I make it my business to know what's going on with the lending side of things because I use it as an advantage in negotiations and/or keeping transactions together. Having resided in the Reno/Sparks area for over 30 years, I have become very well versed with the different neighborhoods, schools and ever growing population and diversity of our town. As a Filipino born Nevada resident, I have had the pleasure of working with many clients of diverse origins. Working with so many different nationalities have been one of my favorite aspects of the job as it helps me learn so many different cultures. I attribute my success for having a CAN DO attitude and living with the simple rule - "Do unto others as you would have done unto you." I love my job, and it shows!!
