When Rita visited the North Fork for the first time over 12 years ago, she finally felt like she found where she belonged, and said, to her then future husband, "I could live here!" 10 months later, they eloped and bought their charming house in the Village of
Greenport.
Since that time, Rita established herself in the community as a local artist being commissioned privately and for local businesses. She and her husband Casey, a teacher at Southold High School, have fostered strong, trusting relationships in the community both through the school and through a travel group they developed called "The North Fork Travelers" where once a year they guide student aged travelers on educational trips to various destinations around the globe. In addition to working locally as an award-winning Customer Experience Manager, Rita simultaneously established the North Fork's first and most successful painting party business where she homed in on her marketing and advertising skills. For over 5 years, she taught thousands of attendees step by step, how to find their inner Picasso! Her
artistic eye doesn't stop at the canvas, but continues with home staging, interior and landscape design. Her entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter-determination are part of her DNA. Rita's burning desire to bring home buyers and sellers together is her passion!
